Automatic paver block making machine shipped to client in Abu Dhabi UAE

On the middle of January 2025,one set of HAWEN HW-1500 (QT15) Automatic block making machine has been shipped to customer in Abu Dhabi,U.A.E. 

This shipment marks another milestone for HAWEN Machinery in the company’s ongoing efforts to meet global demand for advanced construction technology.

The HW-1500 paver block making machine, known for its efficiency and cutting-edge features, with the pallet size at 1400x1200mm,designed for large-scale production, the block making machine is equipped with facemix device to produce high-quality paver blocks at impressive speeds, helping the customer streamline their high quality of interlocking paver block production.

An industrial oil cooler has been installed to be connected with the hydraulic station of HW-1500 Automatic paver lock making machine, to ensure that the hydraulic oil is maintained at an optimal temperature for efficient operation especially that the temperature in UAE is high in summer time. This critical component plays a vital role in preserving the performance and longevity of hydraulic systems.

The paver block making machine was fully tested with materials in our factory before delivery, to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

The testing involved producing interlocking paver using the mould ordered by client to confirm machine precision and efficiency.

Test results were successful, and the machine is ready for production use upon installation.

After all the testing is done, machine was dismantaled and was carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation.

The container for this shipment is 40’ Open Top container. Truck crane was used for lifting the equipment into the open top container from the top.

The fasten for each components in the container has been done carefully after loading, being covered firmly after all the loading is done.

Foundation drawing has been provided to client two weeks before the shipment of equipment,customer have prepared the foundation accordingly, our technician will be dispatached for the installation&commissioning as soon as the customer reveive the equipment in Abu Dhabi U.A.E..
