Cement block making machine in Saudi Arabia

On 30th April 2024, we load a QT12-15 automatic block production line to Saudi Arabia, including 3 bins PL1600 batching machine, JS1000 mixer, QT12-15 main block making machine, stacker, and automatic pallet feeder, 2000 pieces of  GMT pallets and 7 sets of mould. Our customer mainly produce paver brick for municipal construction.

QT12-15 is a large scale of block making machine with the pallet size of 1400x900mm, the machine consists of a rigid heavy-duty main frame, it is well known for its high performance and excellent flexibility. it can make standard 8 inch hollow block up to 17000~18000pcs per shift and also could produce one meter long curbstone and some special-shaped brick. 

Match with static and dynamic vibration table, Siemens control system and vibration motor, famous brand Yuken hydraulic station valves to ensure machine running smoothly and improve production efficiency.
