QT10-15 Fully Automatic Block Plant in South Africa

On 25 of September,one set of QT10-15 Automatic block making plant made by Hawen was shipped to customer from South Africa,leaving from Xiamen Port China to Durban Port South Africa.

The client is one of local famous concrete block manufacturer near Johannesburg South Africa,already had a concrete block making machine for many years.

After years of development,and the continuous expansion of market demand, the current output can not longer meet the market demand.

There are a lot of market research has been done by customer before he choose the brick machine suppliers. He visited many different  block making machine plant with different brands in South Africa,during his visit, he found that Hawen block making machine can be found in many South Africa cities,meanwhile,it is working very well in South Africa,especially that local service backup is available for customers,which impressed him a lot.

After a long-time of discussion and comparison, the client finally chose QT10-15 block making machine,which allows to make 14pcs of M140 hollow block per drop.

The complete plant consists of Batching and mixing system, automatic forming system, automatic pallet supply system, stacker system.

The plant foundation drawing has been provided to customer during the brick making machine production,so the foundation work at customer side working simultaneously. Our local service technician in South Africa will be send to guide the installation and commissioning as soon as the machine arrive customer’s factory.
