Hollow block and paver mould in Georgia

On 16th,April 2024 we load 8 sets of concrete block mould to our Georgia customer.

This customer has Spanish brand Poyatos Novabloc block making machine, which with the pallet size at 1240x750mm. The moulds ordered by this client covers hollow block,curb stone and interlocking paver.

Moulds are well packed ready for loading.

We will offer accurate mould size like your original one if you could offer mould drawing or mould detail size like length, width, height, hole spacing,etc.. We usually match block mould for customers who bought HESS, MASA, TIGER and BESSER block machine. These customers often have high requirement for mould on lifespan, abrasion resistance and final product quality.

Our moulds are apply durable steel and all though high temperature carburization heat treatment for mould frame and tamper head plates ensure mould hardness can reach HRC58-62 for long life span.

All the paver moulds are need wire cutting to ensure their shape accuracy.
