PL1600-III concrete batching machine is matched with our South Africa customer QT10 automatic block making machine,with three storage bins,each bin with the storage volume at 6m3.

It is a material equipment that can quickly and accurately complete the ratio of various aggregate according to the weight set by the user, which helps to ensure that the right quantities of each material and reduce waste and save time and cost. It also helps to reduce the risk of human error, which can lead to inconsistent concrete quality. The compact structure is simple operation, accurate ingredients and reliable control. 

It consists of feeding system, electronic weighing system and electronic control system. With accurate metering licensing standards to realize fast and slow batching and metering. Equipped with vibration device to ensure smooth blanking. Apply automatic high-precision three-point induction sensors for different gradation of aggregates.
